NEW All Bark No Bite Pale Ale
Description: Modern Pale Ale...wait, what does that mean? Well, it has a lighter malt presence than classic pale ales and is more hoppy. It's basically a lower-ABV west coast IPA. This one uses local LINC craft malt grown in Nezperce, Idaho for a subtle and smooth malt base. A moderate bitterness gives way to big hop notes of citrus, stone fruit, and pine. An IPA-lovers pale ale!

Veloce Italian Pilsner
Description: Is this like a Peroni? Nope! An Italian Pilsner is a German-inspired pilsner that has been dry hopped with noble-type hop varieties. Restraint is key – this isn’t an IPA! Veloce uses German pilsner malt for a nice bready malt backbone, is hopped relatively heavily (for a lager) on the hot side, and then finished with a subtle dry hop in the fermenter. The result is a crisp and clean lager with a refreshing floral and spicy hop note, and a touch of bitterness at the end.
Name: Veloce means fast in Italian
Malt: German Pilsner
Hops: Perle & Sterling
Deets: 5.3% ABV, 28 IBU, 3.2 SRM, 0.60 BU:GU

A nice beer for those cold and rainy Seattle days when the sight of a palm tree glistening in the sun would be welcome!

Big, dank hop notes of pine and resin with a backing of citrus round out this popular seasonal offering.
