At Wheelie Pop we create crisp, clean, flavorful, and inviting beers. We don't make milkshake beers, dessert stouts, candy bar beers, or beers that are trying to replicate what you ate for breakfast!
We just make great beer that tastes like beer - exactly what we like to drink!

FRESH HOP Mt. Crushmore Cold IPA
Description: The last of our 2024 fresh hop beers, Crushmore is clean, clear, and crisp with a light malt body designed to amplify hop character. It was hopped in the whirlpool with almost 20 lb/bbl of beautiful fresh (aka wet) Mosaic hops from Perrault Farms in Toppenish, WA along a bit of Nelson Sauvin. This was followed by a hefty dry hop of Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic Cryo releasing huge hop flavors of tropical fruit and spicy pine, with a bit of citrus and white grape. Consistently one of our more popular IPAs, this freshie version rocks!!

FRESH HOP Veloce Italian-Style Pilsner
Description: One of our most popular beers, now in "freshie" form! In the tradition of the amazing Tipopils from Italy, Veloce is a German-inspired pilsner that is dry-hopped with noble-type hops. This fresh hop version was hopped in the whirlpool with 12 lb/bbl of fresh (aka wet) Sterling hops from Goschie Farms in Oregon. It's a crisp and clean pilsner base gently balanced by spicy, herbal, floral, and mild fruit hop notes. An excellent platform to display the nuance of fresh hop beers!
Name: Veloce means fast in Italian and that's how you'll drink this crusher!

Lucky 13 Hazy IPA
Description: NE-style IPA - low bitterness with a soft mouthfeel, mild malt character, and an attractive light yellow opaque appearance. Big juicy hop notes of pineapple, coconut, and tropical fruit with a hint of cream. Smooth & delicious!

Steptoe Butte Festbier
Description: A German-style Oktoberfest Festbier utilizing Washington-grown (Colfax, WA) Baronesse Pilsner and Munich Triticale malts. Creamy and smooth with a lovely bread and toasted barley character, supported by a slight earthy hop note. Served on our Lukr side pull faucet to accentuate the creaminess!

Counter Surfer Pale Ale
Description: A true west coast pale ale - very clean and crisp with a moderate bitterness, a light to medium body, and a slightly bready/toasty malt character. This crushable base is perfectly balanced by hop notes of citrus, passion fruit, berries, and just a touch of pine. Smooth and easy drinking!

The Big Dark CDA
Description: Cascadian Dark Ale, which is basically a Pale Ale made with just enough black malt to give it a dark color. Ours is made using primarily local grains grown in Colfax, WA. It has a medium body, a creamy mouthfeel, and a rich bready and toasty malt character with just a touch of roast. Big, dank hop notes of pine and resin with a backing of citrus round out this popular seasonal offering.

Mohr Street Pilsner
Description: A German-inspired pilsner -- crisp, clean, and refreshing with a nice cracker character and a mild grainy sweetness, supported by classic earthy and spicy hop notes, and finishing with a noticeable but not overwhelming bitterness. We love Pilsners!

Description: American-style amber with a light to medium body and bright appearance. Notes of rich bread and caramel backed by subtle fruity and earthy hop flavor. Low to moderate bitterness so the malts and hops can shine. Not your average boring amber - this one is packed with flavor!

We generally offer 1/6 BBL (40 pints) and 1/2 BBL (124 pints) of any beer currently on tap.
Standard prices are $95 for 1/6 BBL and $195 for 1/2 BBL + a $100 refundable keg deposit
(kegs must be returned within 14 days unless alternative arrangements are made).
